Do it Yourself Plantar Wart Treatment

Image result for Do it Yourself Plantar Wart TreatmentAs the name of the condition implies, these warts grow on the plantar or the bottom surface of the foot. They are indeed very painful and they almost make walking or moving around impossible. You may visit a doctor or a specialist but be warned: many patients have reported extreme pain with the plantar wart treatment. Why go to the hospital when you can try a simple home cure to get rid of them? Follow these simple steps and get beautiful feet with your own do it yourself plantar wart removal treatment.
You will need a bottle of nail polish, a towel, a blow dryer, soap, and some water. Get all of these ready before sitting down and removing your plantar wart.
First, wash your foot using soap and water. Make sure to get the foot thoroughly clean to avoid any infection. Use the towel to dry the foot off completely. You may use the hair dryer to dry your feet, but make sure that you use the low setting.
Next, take the bottle of nail polish and shake it up. Paint the wart and the area surrounding it. Make sure that you cover the whole wart with nail polish. Again, use the hair dryer to dry it. If you are sure that the polish has dried off completely, put a sock on the affected foot.
Keep the nail polish on your foot for a few days. It may feel a little uncomfortable but it will "kill" the plantar wart effectively. Why? The polish completely cuts off the oxygen from the wart. Without it, the virus and the bacteria will not be able to grow and reproduce. This is why it is important to cover the wart with polish completely. Make sure that the whole area is closed off. If even the smallest portion remains nail polish-free, it will completely render the plantar wart treatment useless.
Wait until the polish falls off by itself. If you do the plantar wart removal right, the wart should fall off too. If there is some polish that fails to fall off your foot, then use a nail polish remover to take it off.

  1. I’m Wessana, I contracted HIV in 2009, I was told by my doctor that there’s no possible cure for HIV. I started taking my ARV’s, My CD4 is 77 and viral load is 112,450. I saw a website of Dr. Colle, also I saw a lof of testimonials about him on how he uses herbal medicine to cure HIV. I contacted him and told him my problems, He sent me the herbal medicine and I took it for 7 days after then I went for check-up and I was cured. The medicine has NO SIDE EFFECT, there’s no special diet when taking the medicine. You can reach him on dr.colleherbalhome@gmail.com
